Stacie K. Neroni, Partner

Stacie K. Neroni received her B.A. in Anthropology from California State University, Northridge in 1995, graduating magna cum laude.  She received her J.D. degree from Loyola Law School at Los Angeles in 1999, and was admitted to the California Bar in December of that year.

Practice Areas

Ms. Neroni practices in the reimbursement department and focuses predominantly on regulatory compliance, licensure, certification and operational issues facing a vast array of provider types including hospitals, pharmacies, durable medical equipment providers, ambulatory surgical centers, home health agencies, laboratories and physicians.  Ms. Neroni has extensive experience advising clients on highly technical government payment and regulatory issues and is one of the firms’ experts on issues related specifically to operational and ownership changes including licensing, certification, accreditation and participation in both the Medicare and Medi-Cal programs.  In addition, Ms. Neroni assists providers in defending against False Claims Act investigations, including assisting in the defense of one of the largest hospital chains in the United States in a Federal False Claims Act investigation involving over 14,000 alleged false claims.
